Digital Colour and Comics

I’m experimenting with new workflows. This comic was a mix of traditional and digital methods.

I inked Robot Fixes the Engine in a traditional manner, using ink on bristol paper. I like my brushes and paper, what can I say. Then it was scanned, and cleaned up in Affinity Photo. Afterwards it was imported into Procreate on my iPad to have colour applied.

Once coloured, the file was exported as a PSD file, and finished in Affinity Photo.
